I wonder if Jesse Lingard will be released from Man Utd.? I know he's been injured recently and that his form took a dip (not unusual for Utd players this year), but he strikes me as someone who wants to play and puts in a lot of effort. He is an all rounder not a headline-maker, but Noble won't last too long now and we have no-one to directly replace him. Lingard would have to give up a huge pay packet but I think he'd prefer to play than be on the bench at Old Trafford.

To be honest Cough, I'd rather Giroud up front than a lot of others mentioned on this thread. We could do a lot worse.
But...if we signed him, we all know he'd turn utter shit and get a 6-month injury, so probably best to avoid?

Which 4 Newcastle players? Bar Rondon I cant think of any that should interest us.
I dont want any top 6 cast offs. How many players have left the top clubs for a lesser side and improved? I don't mean as youngsters, but as bit-part players.

Looking at the Top 6 Squad Players I would pass, most like Sturridge = To much money, To Much attitude, To Many injuries
Our main target should be a forward (assuming most the ones we have are off soon) although Yarmolenko has played a fair bit as a forward and scored about 1 in 2 whilst playing in Ukraine. (would of liked to of seen him play up front with Antonio/Snodgrass on the right wing)
I did see that Mario is now available for about 15 mil not as good as Nasri but should be fit for a few more games (could be an ideal replacement for Nasri and back up for Lanzini
